You must be a member of SICBA in order to qualify for a Board role. Please only fill out the application for yourself – not on behalf of someone else. Interested parties should reside primarily in the Southern Idaho area and have experience in Human Resources, with a focus in total rewards preferred. Please briefly explain why you would like to be considered for a Board or Ambassador role, and include any previous board experience if applicable.

Board roles require: 1) Attending quarterly board meetings, typically held in-person in the afternoon in the Boise metro area. 2) Communicating via email and phone as needed, with some time-sensitive communications. 3) Participating in the planning, preparation, and attendance of in-person member events, usually held on Tuesday mornings at 8 A.M. in the Boise metro area, four to five times per year. 4) Fulfilling any specific duties assigned to position held as outlined in the bylaws.

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, and our bylaws allow for limited absences from meetings each year. Note that some of these requirements may not apply to the Ambassador role.
