WHAT WE DO
SICBA is a Human Resources group of professionals that gather to network with other Human Resources professionals and attend continuing education primarily in the area of compensation and benefits.
The mission of the Southern Idaho Compensation & Benefits Association (SICBA) is to promote the advancement of knowledge in the professional field of total compensation, which is defined to include all areas of direct and indirect remuneration of employees. SICBA addresses this mission through the sponsorship of:
- Professional compensation and benefits education;
- Professional information exchange; and
- Compensation and Benefits data gathering and research.
